Our return policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, with all original tags and labels attached. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery.

We aim to accept all returns. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you. All goods will be inspected on return. Please allow us 5-7 days for your return to be processed.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you via email that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund after inspecting the item.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow at least 7 days to a maximum of 30 days from the date of receipt of your items at our end for credit. Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged or if delivered item is different from what you have ordered. We may ask for a digital picture of the damaged/incorrect item via email to review the same. We will request you to send the item unused in the same condition as you have received it, to us via courier on your own and we will refund the courier amount (maximum Rs 99). You can select any alternate item of equal or lesser value from our Website in case of exchange. Once we receive the return shipment, after necessary quality check is done, exchanged/correct item will be shipped to you immediately. Please note that, all items to be returned or exchanged must be unused and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact and should not be broken or tampered with.
Exchanged item will not be eligible for any further exchange.

If you wish to cancel the order, please notify us via email before the order gets dispatched. Once dispatched, order cannot be cancelled.
In case of Cancellation of Pre-paid orders before dispatch, full order amount will be refunded to your bank account.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate/coupon will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
